Day 232  2 Kings 24-25; 2 Chronicles 36:1-21; Jeremiah 52

     In 2 Kings 24, Jehoikim is subdued by Nebuchadnezzar and Jehoiachim is help captive in Babylon.
     2 Kings 25 Jerusalem is besieged, the temple is burnt, the people are put in captivity, and the rest of the Jews escape into Egypt.
     2 Chronicles 36 shows the destruction of Jerusalem.
     Jeremiah 52 talks about the fall of Jerusalem.

Day 233 Jeremiah 41-44

     These selection of chapters talk about the time after Judah's fall.

Day 234 Obadiah 1; Psalm 82-83

     Obadiah talks about the destruction to come to Edom.  It also talks about the restoration of the Jews.
     Psalm 82 is an exhortation to the judges and the doom of the evil rulers.
     Psalm 83 is an earnest prayer for the defeat of the enemies of Israel.

Day 235 Jeremiah 45-48

     These verses talk about the judgement on the nations of Egypt, Philistia, & Moab.

Day 236 Jeremiah 49-50

     These verses talk about the judgement on the nations of Ammon, Edom, Damascus, Kedar and Hezor, Elam and Babylon.

Day 237 Jeremiah 51; Psalm 137

     Jeremiah 51 continues on with the destruction of Babyon.
     Psalm 137 the Jews show their affection to Jerusalem
